Codification is based within the United Kingdom, and as such have aligned our Privacy Policy with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which came into effect on 25th May 2018, under the supervision of the ICO within the UK.

This website, and any services available from this website, are not directed to children under the age of 13. Your rights on the information we hold about you

You have certain rights in relation to personal information we hold about you. Details of these rights and how to exercise them are set out below. We will require evidence of your identity before we are able to act on your request.

Right of Access

Where we have a good reason, and if the GDPR permits, we can refuse your request for a copy of your personal information, or certain elements of the request. If we refuse your request or any element of it, we will provide you with our reasons for doing so.

Right of Rectification

If personal information we hold about you is not accurate, out of date or incomplete, you have a right to have the data rectified, updated or completed. You can let us know by contacting us.

Right of Erasure

In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that personal information we hold about you is erased e.g. if the information is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed or our processing of the information is based on your consent and there are no other legal grounds on which we may process the information.

Right to object to or restrict processing

In certain circumstances, you have the right to object to our processing of your personal information by contacting us. For example, if we are processing your information on the basis of our legitimate interests and there are no compelling legitimate grounds for our processing that override your rights and interests. Emails.
You can opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the instructions as provided in emails to click on the unsubscribe link. Please note that you cannot opt-out of non-promotional emails, such as those about your account, transactions, servicing, or our ongoing business relations. Please note that your opt out is limited to the email address and device used and will not affect subsequent subscriptions.

Phone calls.
You can opt-out of receiving phone calls at any time by requesting opt-out during any call you receive from us, or contacting us and specifying that you wish to opt-out of calls

In certain instances, you have a right to receive any personal information that we hold about you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Site Visitation Tracking

Google Analytics

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Although GA records data such as your geographical location, device, internet browser and operating system, none of this information personally identifies you to us. GA also records your computer’s IP address which could be used to personally identify you but Google do not grant us access to this. We consider Google to be a third party data processor (see section 11 below).

GA makes use of cookies, details of which can be found on Google’s developer guides.

Disabling cookies on your internet browser will stop GA from tracking any part of your visit to pages within this website.

Other

We sometimes need to give our service providers who help us run our website and services access to the data we have in order for them to perform those services. These include service providers such as our Customer Relationship Management software and emailing tools such as HubSpot. They are only authorised to use information that is strictly relevant for them to perform their tasks and we ensure that they are under obligations of confidentiality to us so that your data is secure.

Should you choose to contact us via email, the data you supply will be processed in Google mail and Google Drive.

About This Website's Server

This website is hosted by Microsoft Azure within a secure UK based data centre. We consider Microsoft Azure to be a third party data processor (see section 11 below). All traffic (transferral of files) between this website and your browser is encrypted and delivered over HTTPS.

Our Declaration Of Third Party Data Sub-Processors

We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties have been carefully chosen and all of them comply with the legislation set out in section 2.0. All of these third parties are certified to the EU-US Privacy Shield (2016) Framework

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate on are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively.

Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate/engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. This website nor its owners will ever ask for personal or sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact them through primary communication channels such as by telephone or email.

This website may use social sharing buttons from LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account.
